Motivura Situps

Motivura Situps is an offline fitness counter. This release has no accounts, cloud sync, advertising, analytics or in-app payments. We do not receive or sell your workout data.

本版本为离线健身计数应用，无账号、云同步、广告、分析SDK或应用内付费。开发者不接收或出售你的训练数据。

Your workout dates, repetitions, sets, duration, estimated calories, plan progress and optional local name/weight are stored inside the app on your device. Motion sensors are processed locally to assist counting; raw sensor samples are not saved or uploaded. Counts and calories are estimates, not medical measurements.

训练日期、次数、组次、时长、估算热量、计划进度和可选姓名/体重仅存于设备应用内部。动作传感器在本地辅助计数，不保存或上传原始传感器数据。次数和热量是辅助估算，不是医学测量。

Notifications are optional reminders. Calendar export opens your installed calendar editor and requires you to save the event. Backup export and sharing only happen when you choose them, using Android's file/share interface; recipients you choose handle those files under their own policies. Keep backups secure.

通知为可选训练提醒。添加日历会打开系统日历编辑页，由你决定保存。导出或分享仅在你主动操作时经系统文件/分享界面进行；你选择的接收方按自己的政策处理文件，请妥善保管备份。

Speech uses installed offline system voices when available. You can turn speech off. The app does not request location, camera, microphone or Internet access, and automatic app backup is disabled.

语音使用可用的已安装离线系统语音，可随时关闭。应用不请求位置、相机、麦克风或联网权限，并禁用自动应用备份。

You may delete individual workouts in History. Android Settings → Apps → Motivura Situps → Storage → Clear data removes all local profiles, progress and records. Uninstalling also removes app data. Delete exported backups separately from wherever you saved them. We retain no server copy.

可在历史中删除单次训练；在系统设置→应用→Motivura Situps→存储→清除数据可删除本地资料、进度和全部记录，卸载也会移除应用数据。已导出的备份需在保存位置单独删除，开发者不保留服务器副本。
